My profile is open. I've been working out 6 out of 7 days a week. I have been recording everything that goes into my mouth and have been under my calorie goal every day. Why did I gain so much weight this week??? Please help me I'm feeling very discouraged. I'm on my last day of week 3 of the country heat videos.
Thanks in advance!

What you are experiencing is normal. It does not mean you have done anything wrong. It just happens and as far as I know it happens to every single person losing weight. Please read this:
http://physiqonomics.com/the-weird-and-highly-annoying-world-of-scale-weight-and-fluctuations/
I also suggest reading through these threads:
https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/10300319/most-helpful-posts-general-health-fitness-and-diet-must-reads#latest
They will help you understand how to log food correctly and some of the mechanics of weight loss that will help you along your way.
Please ask if there is anything you do not understand.6 -
Oh and just so you know. I am up 3 lbs for the week myself and I have been losing weight successfully for 11 months. This is just how it goes.
ETA: Your profile is open but your diary is not if you wanted me or someone to check it for common logging errors. If you do not wish to open it that is fine. I do suggest that you have a food scale and weigh all of your solid foods on it and definitely read the thread about logging accurately.6 -

This may help you narrow it down:

I use libra app to log my weight daily. It helps me see trends, like the week before my period I always "woosh" off 3-4 lbs, but then no movement the next week. I also notice no weight loss after I change up my exercise routine. If you know your tracking is right, just keep plugging along, it will come off.1

Worth reading the links, understanding about the sad step = scales!
Eating healthy and working out at least 30mins a day!0
