    I have 55 lbs pounds to lose for my son’s wedding in May 2020.
    I realise to be successful long term is slow & easy. I've did many quick fix diets which you never maintain but hopefully this time is different. My main goal is to remain focused on a healthy lifestyle. Snacking mainly on fruit and have 3 balanced meals per day with limited alcohol only on special occassions and not every week. Luckily i enjoy the gym & plan to go to exercise classes 4-5 days per week.

    Started this challenge on week 3.

    This week's successes: Staying with MFP, recommitting and not giving up.

    This week's challenges: Busy schedule with little time for prepping meals which will require some planning easy to make healthy meals. And asking for help from family in meal prep and juggling the schedule.

    Good Morning 52 week group! Here is my 3rd post after week 3 weigh in! I had a tough week, had to travel and the hotel and resteraunt food didn't help! Drank a few days but ate well for 3 days. Also i exercised 3 days. Please wish me well for week 4!

    Appetite is under control and am able to exercise for long periods. Still drinking too much and sleep is hard to come by. But I am making progress. The scale is being kind but I do not feel a big difference and do not see one at all.

    Current weight: 257.4 (1/25/19)
    Total weight lost: 8.6
    This week's successes: Made it through a bad wee. Appetite is under control. 3 weeks of weight loss!
    This week's challenges: Quick 1 night trip, need to drink less.

    Bounced back up a little this week, but not a big surprise to me. Going to work on getting back within that calorie count each and every day and starting a new week! I'm also part of a dietbet and only .9 lbs away from my monthly goal!

    Feeling so frustrated today! I knew I hadn't eaten well and ate high sodium foods,had a couple ciders, but didn't think I would go up 3 lbs... I hate how quickly it can happen and I know it will go away but it feels like I have to start all over again.. Rant over. Already logged what I'm planning on eating today and getting a workout in as well, hopefully this weight will be gone very soon!

    This week I met my fitness goals, but struggled tonight on my calorie goal. I met the weekly deficit I set for myself, but overdid it tonight at a banquet and now I feel over-full and sluggish. I may not even think about the scale for a few days.
