Pretty much any kind of resistance training...cables, barbells, DBs, calisthenics, suspension training, etc.; I don't really discriminate whether it comes to lifting style, equipment, or preference for certain bodyparts (I try to be well rounded as possible but don't fit into any niches real well...other than bodybuilder/gymnyst/functional-sports training/etc.)0
