The seat on my stationary bike has suddenly become uncomfortable. I’m pretty sure the seat hasn’t changed, so I must have less cushioning in my “seat.” 😀23

Had to wear a suit to work today for the first time in a few months. Suit and shirt made to measurements in July 2017, within 5lbs of that scale weight but fitting a little snug around muscles and across the chest but loose at the waist. I've been feeling like my progress was a little stagnant but my lifting consistency is definitely doing something. Could still stand to trim some fluff but I'll take it.29

Today I decided to go to bed earlier last night and wake up and go to a class at the gym this morning so I could get a good workout in, instead of just a marathon of sleep.

Love this. This made me tear up 💜
Thank you!!! It was such a great feeling to not immediately want to cry when I saw my own picture. I’m still having to get used to this! 💕💕💕
I love the picture and you look great in it!!4 -
Starting BMI was 45.1, currently it's 30.9! My wedding rings are too big, I had to buy a simple "Placeholder" ring so my hand wouldn't feel weird without a ring
I bought a skinny 1mm ring off Etsy and I just wear it in front of my rings. The others are a bit big but it's kinda fun to wear them that way as a reminder as long as they don't tumble off!12 -
My wife lost her wedding band because her fingers are slimmer.
I bought her a new smaller band for Christmas but she says it's not the same thing.
I told her the marriage is still on even without the old ring.

I was getting dressed today and looked down and noticed how much smaller my tummy has gotten. And while I was putting lotion on my arms I noticed they are noticeably smaller 😁
I keep making small slip ups with my diet but I move on quickly and forgive and move forward. In the past I would completely give in and binge for days and then take months and months off from focusing on living a healthier life. I'm finally making myself a priority!32 -
I just applied to become a cycling ride leader.42

I'm so happy for you.... on a couple of different levels. Not only do you have the skill to be a ride leader, but now you have the confidence to do it too. Have you ever sat back and reflected on how far you've come in this journey? You're such an inspiration on this forum. And to your family16 -
I played tag with my kids this past weekend without feeling like my heart was going to explode, getting shin splints immediately, or my knees hurting! It was so fun!27

Mentally I could not bring myself to set my Garmin to log a run activity ...so strange. Anyways I signed up for a 12K for June 8th and I took a maiden voyage through the course last night using my walk/run interval method and I am not sure if it was the lunar eclipse or the cold air or my music but I managed to maintain a 13 min mile for 4.5 miles of my time. I want this bad. and it made me cry that I can totally do this. I can. I still have 28 pounds to go before I hit my 100 pound loss....
You can TOTALLY DO THIS!6 -
thereshegoesagain wrote: »Power to my town went out early this morning so instead of starting my taxes, I cleaned out some drawers and closets.
Then I decided to take a walk. I came across a shopping cart about 2 miles from it's store, so decided to push it and return it. Along the way I picked up any trash I came across. It came to about 3/4 full by the time I got it to the store. I emptied the trash, washed my hands and was going to walk a bit further.
Then I noticed that my phone must have fallen.out if my pocket while bending I over to pick up trash somewhere.
So I hustled back along my route, checking behind bushes and against fences where I had been. I finally found it, such a relief!
This is the 2nd time I've lost and found my phone while picking up trash. I need to remember to put it in my pack instead of my pocket.
We finally got electricity back on about an hour ago, guess I have to work on taxes tomorrow.
How freaking cool are you?! Well done!!

I had heartburn at bedtime after a rich big lunch. 13 months ago, I ate tums nearly every night because of heartburn. I haven't had heartburn in a year and just realized it when I had to pop some tums!31
