Ok, I admit it. I had to look for myself. I understand that losing weight can be frustrating and complicated so I'll leave a few tips that I've learned over the years……
1. Ranch dressing is not a meal.
2…… Actually, no. If you can master that one, you'll do great.
Good luck with your modelling career. I have no doubt that fame and fortune is within reach!6 -
How are you all seeing her diary? When I went to look, it is listed as private.0

Damn man, pretty harsh up in this joint, but I will say with all due respect, if what others say is true, you need to be creating a caloric deficit through proper food choices (whole and unprocessed) and exercise. 128lbs is pretty lean, not sure where you're going with that but change your diet to be in line with that of healthy choices and you will achieve success.3

I am assuming she dipped the hot cheetos in ranch.0

It's good to keep log of your calories to make sure you are getting the healthy amount of food with your thyroid problem. Also ask the thyroid doctor about it.1

Hey I sent you a message. Most of the time is best not to go by what MFP tells you to do for calories and macros. Talk to a nutritionist who can best create the plan that fits your body for results.5
-
When I first started using the MFP, it told me to eat 1400 cal to lose 2lbs per week. I didn't lose anything and I was always tired and hungry. Ended up just gaining weight. Just please talk to a nutritionist. After you get the calories you need and the macros, you can plug those numbers in MFP to help you track them.6
-
Also, what in the world is going on with your meals? You aren't even eating healthy foods, or dividing your calories to multiple meals. Eating two bags of chips for a total of 1500cals is not a meal. Hot chocolate is also not a meal. At this point I can't tell if you are trolling or sincerely want some help.2

for the record - you don't actually need to eat healthy to lose weight, calories are king. it can just be harder to get enough food with calorie dense foods to feel full. and general nutrition may be hard to obtain which can help you feel better overall (but not lose weight - i gained a TON eating "healthy").3

You're not even eating real food!!! Your diet is devoid of fruits, vegetables, and protein! Rather than paying for liposuction maybe you should consider spending that money on a trip to a doctor to get your thyroid under control, and then maybe consider spending a little on a consult with a registered dietitian.
Also--if you claim to burn 100+ calories for 6 minutes on the stationary bike and then proceed to eat back all of those calories, you are going to have a bad time.2 -

You should probably check your macros xD. Macros change the game, and yes she needs to eat healthy. Whats the point of losing weight if you are still feeling like an elephant who can't climb stairs.

i didn't say it was a good idea. just that you can lose weight without eating "well" as long as you ate at a calorie deficit.

Yes.....its called anorexia17 -
This is why I feel that many other threads on mfp are misleading. Many people reiterate that you can eat whatever you want, as long as you maintain your calorie deficit.
But for people like this poster who are already at a low weight, she will not be able to sustain herself on chips and ranch dressing. A 750 calorie bag of chips wont fit into a 1500 calorie a day meal plan realistically because it allows little other real food. I tried to say this once and people got upset.
I dont think she is paying attention at this point though.6 -

You’re right, and I believe that giving that sort of irresponsible advice to someone that doesn’t know any better could potentially be harmful.6
