During your eating window what is your calorie amount?7

This. There’s nothing magical about fasting. What matters is that you’re in a calorie deficit for weight loss.

1550 calories probably sometimes less , eating 950 calories than i go to train for about 1hour and a half , when i comeback home i eat again , i think it doesn't work with me cuz im eating a big amount of calories during a short period ..7

Are you weighing your solids with a food scale?5

it sounds like you are really guessing on the calories.
weight loss is about calories in calories out. you need to get a food scale, weigh your food and log accurately
IF helps some people manage how much they eat by limiting the window they eat in. that's it. make the window work for you, no bonus points for making it smaller.8 -
A big amount in a short period is NOT a problem if you weigh your food properly and account for every gram and remain within your calorie budget.

What’s an IF? Is there an appendix? Or dictionary? For all the short hand?6

Actually i don't weigh my food , but i suppose an excessive weight for everything i eat , per example when i eat an apple weighs 100g i put 120g in MFP ..3

But that apple may really weigh something else entirely. You don't know since you did not weigh it.
What made you choose 20 hour fasting? There are other IF protocols that use a broader eating window like 16:8, 17:7 but you still need to be in a calorie deficit... Buy a food scale, guesstimating your intake will only prove frustrating just like it is now.6 -

when you are not losing as expected then you need to do more work. if you were losing weight then i'd say fine don't bother weighing the apple. but you posted saying you are not getting predicted loss, so it's very likely (assuming it has been more than 2 weeks) the issue is you are eating more than you think you are.
Logging food SOUNDS stupidly easy. but it isn't. there is a learning curve. we've all gone thru it. We've all found errors as we went along.5 -

You need to weigh all solids and semi-solids (peanut butter, mayo, etc.) and measure all liquids except water. Guessing really does not work, you need to know how many calories you are taking in. Once you start logging accurately you can see where you are.
Intermittent fasting is nothing more than a fancy name for meal timing. It is one of many tools which can help people stay in a calorie deficit but it is the calorie deficit that will result in weight loss.4 -
are you eating in a deficit?
that is what causes weight loss1 -

For future reference, it's in the "Most Helpful Posts" section of the "Getting Started" forum topic.
Really, folks, read those "Most Helpful Posts", or at least go see what's there. Excellent, helpful info!6 -

If you're not losing weight then you are underestimating instead of overestimating. If you were eating too little you would be losing very fast.5 -
Thanks guys i'ill weigh my food for sure next time , @RoxieDawn actually i started with 16:8 the first day but i can't notice that im doing an effort , it was kind of easy for me so i decided to go with 20:43

Being "easy for you" is the goal of IF for some folks. It may not be as easy once you start weighing all your foods and eating at your real deficit.
IF works great for me as it is the best way for me to do CICO without any hunger.
To be honest, I wish they never started calling it IF.
Play around with your eating window til you find what's best for you. Remember, try to accurately measure and log your intake.
Good luck!6 -

If this was working the way you want it to, you would have lost more weight this past 25 days.
Get a food scale and come back and let us know what you learned.2
