Any suggestions on at home workouts?

Short backstory: I started gaining weight at 19. I didn't even realize how much weight I had gained, or chose not to acknowledge it. I got pregnant at 21 with my first child, and had no choice but to acknowledge the weight gain. My starting weight at pregnancy was 235 lbs, and that was after losing weight with morning sickness that led me to go to the doctor to begin with.. I decided I needed to do something.
Fast forward 8 years and another child later and I've managed to lose 101 lbs with calorie counting and low intensity workouts (walks, or 30 mins every few days of low impact exercise like yoga or palates). Now that I've shed the majority of the pounds I had wanted to lose I want to tone up. Any ideas on at home workouts that don't require equipment? I'm looking into hiit workouts already so if you have had success or experience with that I'd love the input also! Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Look up body weight workouts on You Tube. Or consider doing a workout app, and just stick with stuff that is body weight type stuff only.
Congratulations on your weight loss so far! That is fantastic!7 -
Search Jessica Smith and PahlaB, both do a variety of at home workouts.6

Thanks y'all!! Greatly appreciated! I'm very quickly learning that unless I want to pay for a program, Google/ YouTube are my friend 😂.3

I’m not a BB coach or anything but 21 Day fix worked wonders for me3

I actually have a friend that was getting ready to start that lol. I'm gonna have to ask her to spam me with info on it lol. My biggest issue is discipline. I have two children and am home with the youngest when I'm not working, so it's hard to stay on track with all the "MOOOMMM [insert request, complaint, or random fact here]" lol.2

I really like blogilates3

I downloaded a 7 minute workout app on my phone, and just squeezed those in whenever I can. Might be a good thing for when your days are hectic?2 -
These are both great bodyweight routines that incorporate progressive overload.

S Health Workout trainer for Samsung and 7 Minute Workout.
ETA: These have little videos of how to do the excersise too. It's kind of nice because you can pick something, play it and roll with it.2 -
Check out the gym cube app, lots of the workouts on there need little or no equipment 😊1

There is some pretty great hiit workouts on YouTube that my little girls actually really like to watch and do with me. Also a new thing I started doing is boxing and danette may flat belly workouts. Intense! She's on YouTube and also will ship a DVD for a small shipping charge1

Awesome! Thanks for all the feed back y'all!! It's super appreciated! I actually did my first hiit workout via YouTube yesterday and my youngest decided to add "weight " to my planks. Oh my gravy I'm going to have my work cut out for me lol. Upper body is killing me hahaha...1

2nd 21 day fix, I'm not a coach or buy any beach body products, but I keep an annual subscription to on demand because it's really reasonable - 99 dollars per year.1

I have seen a ton of workouts on pinterest that are no or minimal equipment. All free and all around the same intensity as some of my hitt classes at the gym.1
-
Something else to try is the resistance bands. I ordered some for a friend who travels some for him to use if no gym close by him. I got a nice set from Amazon for $20.1

Awesome thanks y'all! Free and cheap are my favorites 😁😂0

I love Jillian Michaels - maybe 30 day shred to start with then ripped in 30 and work up to body shred x1

I belong to the Y and love Les Mills classes. There are tons on their website that don't require equipment and it's reasonable at $13 per month.1

If you have a Wii try My Fitness Coach. The workouts progress with you as you get stronger and more fit. No equipment needed but you can add an exercise ball, step, or hand weights if you have them.Used copies are usually around $10.1

Forgot to say / try googling before buying!
I bought Jillians dvds but now find that googling eg “ripped in 30 week 1” and watching non my phone is far more convenient1 -
Try the website Darebee.com. Hundreds and hundreds of free workouts and challenges. Every day they ad another one. And look on YouTube for Lumowell.2

I love the Pop Sugar fitness channel on YouTube. Huge range of workouts, most require no equipment and lots are 30minutes or less. I particularly enjoy the dance workouts as dancing is a combo of cardio and strength (bodyweight exercises).
I also totally understand about interference - I was working out in the lounge the other day and my toddler was 'joining in', mostly by headbutting my booty during the squats and playing horsie on my back during the cooldown stretches 😜😜3 -

Lol that's what my 3yo does 😂0 -
Commenting to update: I just wanted to say thank y'all again for all the great insight! Y'all are amazing! So before I had made this post, I had started the month just doing general exercises. The rest of the month I've been doing 30-45 minute hiit, tabata, or yoga (just depending on what my 3y/o chooses for me😂) YouTube videos, 5 days a week. Still watching my calories. It's not much but but here's my progress so far (I'm doing abdominal pictures for my progress mainly because that's the area that stresses me the most lol). Who knows maybe one day I'll brave wearing a bikini again LOL! Cheers, y'all are the best!🍻

I like pump it up dance workout you will find it on you tube2

I just started Country Heat by Beachbody and it is legit the ONLY workout I’ve EVER done for a full week! I LOVE IT! I have a full library of workout dvds that all either didn’t get started or at most were done 2 times.1

For the past four years, I've only worked out at home and I've lost and kept off about 54 lbs now, thanks to running (I'm a half marathoner) and strength training. It's all about finding something you like and will stick with!
I purchased Beachbody on Demand and used it a ton. It's a $100 for the year, which when you compare that to a gym membership, is really cheap. I used T25 for lose my first 20 lbs, then moved to Chalean Extreme, 21 Day Fix, 21 Day Fix Extreme, Hammer & Chisel, 80 Day Obsession and LIIFT4.
I also highly recommend checking out The Betty Rocker. She has a free 30 day challenge that you sign up for -- every day she sends you a link to a new workout. They're all really good and are a great way to change up your workouts. I also purchased her at home workout plans, which are great, very cheap, and totally designed to be done at home.
Right now I'm using Sweatflix through Bodyrock and I love it so much, I cancelled my Beachbody subscription. There are thousands of workouts on the site, and they are INTENSE. My strength has increased a lot and I really enjoy them.
Oh, and if you like Pilates and barre type exercises, check out Blogilates on YouTube. All her videos are free, use no or minimal equipment, and seriously BURN. LOL She does a lot of isolation work, and man it hurts so good.2
