I weighed myself this morning after a month of avoiding the scale. I had gained 9 lbs between xmas and new years day and managed to tack on yet another lb since then.
So stupid, but I had stopped counting calories after my food scale died. Kept meaning to get new batteries. Kept forgetting to buy them. Thought eyeballing my food would do. Seeing my weight conitue to creep up when it should be going down is the push I need to get serious about counting calories again.

Extremely minimal weight loss, but that's normal for me. I'll go weeks without losing weight and then suddenly lose a ton at once. Weird, but I'm not super worried about it. Next week should be better! If not, that's when I'll start really panicking, lol.
