Not loosing weight

No matter how hard I try I don't seem to shed the fat. I train hard and eat as well as I possible can but don't seem to get results....anybody got any tips

Are you eating in a deficit?
How long do are you consistent before you decide there's no results?6 -
Start by logging your food consistently, completely and fairly accurately and then adjust from there.
It's not easy but it is simple.
Despite what our Mum's say we really aren't special - if you are in a prolonged calorie deficit you will lose fat.5 -
“Eating as well as possible” does not mean being in a calorie deficit. Calories in < calories out. If you are not losing weight than one part (or both parts) of the equation are wrong. Evaluate how you’re tracking your food intake and also consider how generous you’re being with your calorie burn.2

To add to the above, do you have or are you using a food scale?1

Thanks guys I,LL take all what's said on board....I don't use a food scale. Think I shall just keep plugging away0

A food scale really can be useful, they're not expensive. Things like butter and spreads, oils, they can add up quickly. Milk in your tea/coffee.
I thought it'd be a hassle weighing things like that but you get used to it very quickly.0 -
