    Water. You can even freeze it, it's crunchy but still calorie free!

    It's going to be pretty hard to get 1005 calories of water though.

    Seasonal fruit, cottage cheese, yogurt, high protein granola bars, almonds (if you can eat 1 serving).

    I make a batch of banana muffins every week or two. I use this recipe:

    Makes 12 muffins which freeze quite well, so can be taken out on the morning of the day you want to snack on them. I believe they work out at 202 calories a pop, so not as healthy as carrot sticks or apples, but definitely filling and tasty.

    If you're out of crackers, how about some cheese toast or peanut butter on toast? That will definitely hold you over until dinner.
