Not a huge success comparing to those other amazing people out here but here is my current progress. Down 35 lbs since September 1st. I still have 20-25 lbs more to go but feels good to be healthier.

All the years when I was younger I felt fat even when I was at a healthy weight. After struggling on the yo-yo diet for over 15 years I finally learn to love me accept myself right now that’s my main focus and in doing this I am loosing the lbs of pain. I still have a way to go.33
