I could be evil and suggest every time you want to smoke one do 5 sit ups or push ups or jumping jacks.

    But I'm not that evil.................maybe.

    Keep up the good work.

Unfortunately probably stuck at home this weekend as it is dangerously cold out here. Stuck at home = super bored. Fingers crossed

Too cold to go outside & smoke!!!! That's your mindset

Just wanted to say I was thinking about how you're doing. If that's creepy, I'm sorry. I know we aren't "friends".
I've had people in my life who I care deeply about try to stop smoking and they just can't seem to kick it and I want it so much for them.
So I just want to see you succeed. <3

Not creepy at all! In fact this kind of stuff is what helps me. I will admit to faltering more than I had hoped, but I am still on a good path. There have been days when I have had none, but there have been days where I had 5-6. I am looking forward to this deep freeze leaving so I am not just stuck at home. That seems to be one of my biggest problem areas.
I can and will do this completely!!

Faltering doesn't mean failure, just keep at it :)

Better to falter and continue than to falter and quit. If you keep moving you are improving so keep at it. You got this.

Yeah, but that's something quite different (though similarly nice, I'll admit)

Hi All! Well, I have had a few bumps on my path. Going through a pretty big family emergency currently, and the stress is weighing down. I caved more than I wish I would have this last week. I just don't know....

Don't worry about that. Give yourself some space (and grace) to deal with the stress but don't be in the mindset that you're failing and fall into it hard. It's a process. You can do it.

With my current family stresses, I have not done as well as I wanted :( I have not given up though, and am proud that i haven't faltered any further than I have

Seeing and accepting where you are is a great thing, and planning to move forward is even better. I'm here to help, as is everyone else... Rock on!
