Before anyone asks me, why keto? I'll answer that and get it out of the way. Because it keeps me satiated, I don't feel cravings and I know I'm addicted to carbs, I can't control my calories on carbs.
So, I'm doing intermittent fasting (16:8) with it and I already feel great. My sinus hasn't been bothering me since last two days, my migraine disappeared, and I lost all of the water weight so I feel lighter and better. I'm not checking my weight as it always stresses me out if I don't see changes on the scale. I'll check on the 1st next month.
It's just that I am having trouble sleeping. My mind seems to be awake all the time. How long does it last? What should I do to sleep soundly? I am in bed around 9pm but can't seem to fall asleep. (I have my last meal around 6pm and no snacks afterwards except green tea and coconut oil around 6:30)
