    At my largest, my waist was something like 38" and now it is around 30". :)

    I don't measure my waist - i measure just under my belly button, where that pudgy bit lives.

    Since I started I've gone from 82 cm to 68 cm so 14 cm (or 5.5 inchs) lost :D

    I'm sad that I didn't take a start measurement! Right now it's at 26 inches and I know it must have been around 30ish when I was 160 lbs two year ago. But I can't really know for sure :\
