25lbs per month is pretty aggressive unless you are extremely, extremely obese. Most of us who have lost a lot started here: http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/1080242/a-guide-to-get-you-started-on-your-path-to-sexypants/p1.12

How much weight are you trying to lose total? I can’t think of a scenario where losing 25 lbs in a month would be healthy unless you are morbidly obese and the vast majority of that is water weight.
What specifically are you struggling with? Have you tried entering your stats and a reasonable goal (not 6 lbs/week) in MFP and having the system give you a calorie target to aim for? Logging all the foods you eat as accurately and honestly as possible, ideally using a food scale for accuracy? Eating a variety of foods that provide nutrition, satiety and enjoyment? Exercising at an appropriate level for your fitness abilities and goals and logging/eating back some of those calories too? Being patient for more than 6-8 weeks to see actual sustainable results?
Because that’s the diet plan that I and many others here follow. But having reasonable expectations is the first step.14 -

Thank you so much for this message! I’m not obese, but my weight goal is 125-127 lbs. and my current weight right now is 151.6lbs, I got injured from doing jiujitsu and I couldn’t lift weights, and I tried doing cardio from time to time not consistently though as I get so lazy nowadays and losing motivation because I couldn’t lift weights for 2 - 3 weeks. And I do actually have bad eating habits althea I need to stop, I guess I’m just not use to this new weight I’m in Im just panicking0 -

Yeah, much more reasonable. Expect it to take at least 6 months, not one.3 -
We are all tempted to lose the weight as fast as possible but what we miss out on is the effects that can have on us after losing. I spent a lifetime doing quick weight loss gimicks and ended up ultimately 100 lbs overweight. Finally I learned to lose slowly and now I am maintaining. The main reason to not lose fast is muscle loss. If you think it doesn't matter consider this... the more muscle you have the more calories it will take to maintain. The more muscle you lose the lower you will have to stay to keep the weight off. This means losing slower means that once you reach your goal you get more food for the rest of your life! Also consider that the heart is a muscle and losing too quickly can affect that too. Take your time and lose it gradually. Lift some weight while you are at it and you will maintain the muscle you have. Good Luck.1

@annpt77 has a good diet plan. It's around here somewhere. Expensive though. I think she charges a hug for it (not a real hug, just the click hug below).4

OP, this plan is not magical in any way, and possibly not as prescriptive/structured as you're looking for, but worked for me to lose around 50 pounds at age 59-60, while hypothyroid, and maintain a healthy weight for 3 years since.5 -
Enter your information into MFP to see how many calories a day you should eat. It will give you your daily calories. Then, eat that many calories. Drink water. Try to get some exercise, even if it's just walking more. That is the plan my dietitian gave me. It's free for you to do it. You won't lose 25 lbs in one month. I am very heavy and I only lost 10 lbs my first month. If you only need to lose 25 lbs, it won't be quick. But, you will lose 25 pounds in a healthy, sane way.
