    45. If you'd asked me a year ago I'd have said that I was probably in almost the best shape of my life. Life caught up (divorce, sold a house and bought another, totaled a car, etc.) and I'm not where I was before...but overall I'm still doing pretty damn well from a physical health and fitness standpoint.

    The rest of me is still a hot mess though. :D

    46 and never felt better. For me, I think it's a function of what I eat and how much I work out.

    I'm 48. I don't really think about my age much. I still do all the same activities I did in my 20s and 30s. Still have plans to go bigger and better (well ... not to BE bigger, but to accomplish new goals ;) I'm happy with who I am.
