It's been difficult to fit in exercise over the last few days - we had a 90th birthday celebration, family visiting, party, meals and get-togethers.

Starting super late but I'll be on a beach for 10 days at the start of March so this is a timely challenge. Looks like I'll be doing six minutes of forearm plank for the next 10 days.1
