    I understand the worries going in to donate blood, hippiesaur. I've had success by always getting in my workout earlier in the day (since you really ought to have a 24-hour break afterwards) and making sure to have some simple carbs before and afterwards. It's a good excuse to sit at the table for a while and have some cookies as a well-earned reward. :smile:
