So hello, I'm new here. I came to this web so I can get some advice on how to lose weight. My height is 170 cm and weight 70 kg. Please help

If I'm mathing correctly, you don't have much weight to lose, maybe 20lbs or so? Keep in mind that patience will be key, you should not expect to lose more than 1 lb per week, if that. Welcome, check out the links above, and good luck!0

That 'get started guide' is very good. I would also suggest that you view this as the start of the rest of your life. It took you a while to get where you are, so be prepared to spend a while getting to where you want to go next and not expect a quick fix. I find the MFP calorie calculator and food logging diary to be excellent.
In particular, don't try to do too much too soon because you will become demoralised and set yourself up for failure. Take it from me because I found out the hard way, if you suddenly slam yourself into a major calorie deficit and take on a load of new-to-you exercise at the same time, you'll be on your knees within a week.
And make sure you have an accurate set of food scales :-) Guessing doesn't work.
