February 01 - 186.9 I finally found the challenge on Feb 15 and referred to my log for weights. I didn’t see a link to the new at the end of the old one. The search engine was no help either. I even tried under the hosts name! I hope a link will be provided in the future. Sorry I’m late folks but nice to see you all again!

Had a really rough week. Work was slammed with meetings and two days of restaurant meals for lunch and dinner...and wine 🙄. Pulled it together Thursday but still have a gain. A little bummed but I know it’s just a blip. Hoping to see great numbers next week!2 -

I jumped on the scale of Friday to see how I was doing and it had me up 2 pounds for the week. I beat myself up all day and was really angry that I gave into the scale. I promised myself I would only weigh in on Saturdays. After almost 6 days of really eating correctly I was really mad that the scale didn't show it. I jumped on Saturday and wasn't expecting a good number. Boy was I surprised. I did really well, not sure what happen Friday morning but once again, I will not get on that scale at all during the week. Saturday will be my only time I weigh myself.1 -

Hi my weigh in days will be Wednesday. I am looking to be at 140 by May. My second oldest graduates high school and that time last year when my oldest graduated I was at my very heaviest. So about 7-8 pounds to go.
Starting weight: 178
January ew: 148.5
Goal: 145
Feb 1: 147.6 (down .9) nice drop for the first day of the month. Wanted it yesterday, but will take it today.
Feb 6: 15.1 (up 2.6) haven't done well at all this week. Struggling a little bit to get back in the swing of things this year. Next week we are on vacation and really wanted to be lower before then.
Feb 13: In Vegas! No scale
Feb 20: 154.4 After 10 days on vacation I gained 12 pounds! Way to much fun I guess. I am down 5 pounds in 4 days, so I assume the other 7 will continue to fall off, but not going to lose anything this month for sure!
