Lower abdomen workouts

I have stubborn lower abdomen fat that seems to want to stay 😣 any good workout ideas for this? I’ve been doing leg lifts, planks, and that machine where you hold yourself up and lift your legs up lol

You can't spot reduce fat by doing workouts for that particular area.6

If you want to build low ab muscle, laying on your back and lifting your feet 5 inches off the ground is good. Or planks etc. Medicinal ball exercises
But working that area won't burn fat in that area. A lot of us, myself included seem to hold our very last fat right there. Only keeping going with your deficit will help you lose the fat.4 -

Yes, look at this thread. I have a little bit of stubborn lower belly fat too. It's often the last place fat wants to come off.2 -

Thank you for asking this, I have this apron of fat and I know it is going to be there until the end of time. I think at the very end of my journey it will finally start coming off.2
