Cleaning up eating

Changed my eating no carbs at night only protein dropped carb by a lot I am eating chicken turkey and pork beef is there any other tip I can get

    You could get comfortable eating veggies: mushrooms, carrots, yellow squash, cucumbers, romaine, cauliflower, broccoli, asparagus, tomatoes. :)

    I don't usually eat grains or starches with my evening meal, but I do have a side of a crap ton of vegetables...eat some vegetables.

    Try substituting some of the meat that you’re eating which is very high in fat for things that are very low in fat. Substitute some black beans for example instead of meat it’s a great substitute for so many dishes. Try adding things that have more water content like greens, vegetables, mushrooms. Mushrooms are another great substitute for meat. I always look at plant-based recipes because I find there a great alternative for just eating meat all the time.

    If the OP is cutting carbs, tho, that's not the best advice.
