Hiya!! I need snack ideas that will fill me please?!

    I'm not snacking. I divide my 1200 calories into 4 x 300 meals. Much better for me this way!

    I'm eating a lot of yogurt right now. I really love vanilla yogurt with a no-sugar-added diced peach cup. It's fantastic. But other flavors of yogurt are good too.

    Here are a few of my current favourites:
    - when I need crunch - 2 tbsp. sliced almonds or 1/4 cup salad croutons
    - something filling: baby carrots and hummus or microwave popcorn
    - getting more protein: 1 cup 2% milk or small cup of cottage cheese with fresh or frozen fruit or 1 inch square of cheddar cheese
    - feels like dessert: half an apple with peanut butter
    - very filling: 1/3 cup granola with 1/3 cup yogurt and some fresh fruit
    - for something spicy and warm: "Golden Milk" - dairy or non-dairy milk with turmeric, cinnamon and black pepper

    String cheese
    protein bar
    Rice cake with some peanut butter/almond butter

    A snack will not fill you but proteins will. Eggs, cheese, Tuna with Celery, Carrots and Hummus, Spicy Nuts, Chicken.
    Add a few Wheat Crackers if you have enough calories left. I find the spicier I make things the less I need to eat.
