    Thank you very much! Lovely words! I'm one of these freaks who love vegetables 😂 try a variety of vegetable... I tend to live to roast them...or make curry or sauce with them...taste so much better! How's the weight loss progress?

    Thank you for the tips! .. I will have to try roasting vegetables. I have eaten so much greek salad... I need something different! My weight loss is going pretty good. Down 13 lbs in February. 😀

    Im so intrigued by your journey as im on one of my own exactly the same as yourself. I would love to hear from you regarding your diet and fitness lifestyle just so i can get a push in the right direction. Im abit of a lost soul and dont know where im going most of the time. So i would really love some advice. Thnxs hun x

    Whoop whoop excellent keep going! Yeh Dont let yourself get bored on food! Roast veg... Or add some spices... Or honey... I like herbs too... Fresh herbs are the best...the best thing is to still eat what you like....but make healthy substitute... Or I get get bored and start craving stuff
