I hoping to audition for Shakespeare in the park. They're doing Much Ado About Nothing, which is honestly a lot of fuss for not much action, but most other theaters are dark in the summer.
Wait, where am I? Oh, right. I'm continuing with my physical therapy at a modest deficit to reveal a new muscle or two after a year of maintaining.10 -
Complete my 6th summer of maintenance.

Pretty much what I've done for the last decade or so, get out on the water to row as often as practical.10

Goals are simple this year. Fish and camp with the wife as much as possible. When not doing that, have a grandkid on each shoulder, and one on each ankle hanging on for dear life and all laughing and giggling like the crazed little monsters they are.
Should burn a few calories19 -
I want to travel or do a work away0

This is so cute. I hope you have a good summer.0 -
Increase my weekly running mileage up to about 55 - 60mpw.2
-
I mean, if I hit my target (a half a pound per week), I should be at my goal weight just in time for summer.6

I think so2 -
I'm about 4 pounds away from my goal weight of 135. I'm hoping to tone up more and be a hot 45 year old mom in a bikini!15

My goal is to loose another 10-20lbs. I've been on "Lazy Keto" for over 9 months and I've hit a plateau. So now I have begun to cross train alternating boot camp, kick boxing, Zumba and spin classes 5-6x a week to see where that takes me... My goal is to drop atleast 10-20lbs by June (my birthday month)...
Wish me luck!!!!4 -
Hiking and more hiking. Plus some trail running. Hopefully will complete the Colorado Trail.7
-
More hiking! We only did one tiny hike last summer because the heat/humidity was killing me.3
-
My goals are to still have my job, finish the couple games I currently own and buy a Nintendo Switch.6
-
Ooh boy. It seems so far away. My goals are no alcohol, get under 300 and keep pushing myself to be better every day. Also, I would like it if I was getting back into making music often again.2

Awesome! I used to hit that much but it has been about 5 years... I have been planning on working back up to it. That and getting out hiking on off days, digging out my mountain bike for quick(8miles round trip) errands in to town, and keeping up with my weight lifting.

I have a vacay planned so my goal is to lose the last few lbs to fit in my swimsuit.0
-
My plan is to work in the morning, do my lifting when I get home, and then park my bum in my pool in the afternoons.0

I'm wishing/hoping that my shoulder heals soon so that I can have shoulder like @AnnPT77 by summertime.
Aw, you're sweet! :flowerforyou: To my summer goals, I'd add giving you an in-person li'l ol' lady hug, if it were feasible . . . for now, an MFP virtual one will have to do.
Thanks for the nice words, and best wishes for fast shoulder healing!1 -
To become an awesome kayaker. Oh, you meant fitness goals? Um....to be an awesome kayaker!5
-
To be within 10lbs of my goal weight.... & be comfortable wearing shorts again!!! Lifetime sufferer of TTS (Thick Theigh Syndrome) Space between your legs?? What's THAT LIKE?!! lol4
-
I gotta climb a mountain! It's been my epic goal for three years now, and I'm doing it this summer even if I have to crawl up!6
-
Be outside as much as possible (like every summer), and drive out west - Wyoming, I think - and hike/ride around for a couple of weeks. Might be a trip down to the Delta, too. We'll see!2
-
Get in shape for the Marine Corps Marathon. My goal is sub 4 while keeping my bodyweight above 190. This will be my first marathon so my goal isn't to go super fast, just decent while still maintaining or even progressing a little in my strength.0
-
My goal is to continue to workout more than 150 minutes a week and to lose approximately 25 pounds in time for my physical with my doctor. It's been 2 years since I've seen her and I would like to show that I've made progress in my health, even though I didn't lose as much weight as I should've. I've been working out 5-6 days a week for 4 months now! Either way, something is better than nothing! I'd prefer to get out of the obese BMI, but I don't know if it's realistic.5
-
Increase my before work runs from 5k to 5miles1
-
To step up my running to 4 times a week and to lose a further stone (14 lbs) to take me to 130lbs.0
