(I have a smaller goal, with a .5lb loss per week target, working on some maintenance vanity weight)1 -
I actually flipped over to maintenance clories since I'm having some less than pleasant side effects from giving blood...so probably another week, possibly two at this level depending on how I feel...I definitely won't lose the whole 10 lbs but I do want to keep tracking.2 -

This time it doesn't make sense even more, I did not go over my calories at all this past week! Going to try my best to believe in the process and not let this deter me. I hate how much the scale can affect my mood for the day
EDIT: So I thought about it and the only recent difference has been my IUD insertion and apparently this can cause water retention so I'm just going to blame it. Hopefully I can drop the water weight soon.3
