What is everyone goal for summer?

    Not injure my high hamstring and run 5 miles in 45 minutes.

    Lots of running. Sub 50 10k is my main goal for the summer. Weight wise lose these final stubborn 10lbs

    We are going to Disney. Hoping to get to 118 pounds by June 1! Currently at 131.0 pounds. Started at 146 on January 1 so half way there! Then maintain the rest of the summer.

    Lose a total of 30 pounds by June (11 pounds to go), hike in the Smokie Mountains, run a 5K in July and one in August.

    @IWillTakeBackMyLife I love that goal you know I like seeing people who are dedicated and remember you can do it keep your goal weight on door or where u can see it and keep trying.

    I’ve got plenty! Lose about 30 pounds before May 20th and reach my lowest weight in like 20 years. (Middle age metabolism SUCKS but I’m not going to let it beat me.) Lower my triglycerides and BP to better than normal levels.Wear those 32 inch waist shorts I’ve been saving for too many past summers. Look, feel, and respond like a man half my age.

    Do a lot of outdoor stuff. Walk trails, explore beaches, and lap up the sunshine. Take little day trips to NYC and parts of my hometown I haven't been to. After a long winter, I'm so ready to be outside and enjoy those long days where you're out with a good friend all day, working up a sweat on a summer's day, then coming home at eight and it's JUST getting dark <3
