More light at night equals more calorie fright! Be careful everyone.

Huh. I would say it means more time for evening walks or other forms of exercise. I’m far more active in the spring, summer and fall than in the cold dark winter months.9

I've got to agree with @WinoGelato on this one. I tend to eat more in the bleak, cold, long winter nights than in the bright Spring evenings.0

Once my sleep adjusts I am awake the same number of hours and light does not really change much about my eating.
In what way does it create more temptation for you?0 -
Barbecuing, beer, hanging out in the backyard, chips, Doritos, more beer, steak, more grilling, .....,,,,hotdogs over a fire.......Just saying y’all.0

Plus, I own a chocolate company so my winter months are very very busy so I don’t eat as much nor socialize as much as spring and summer1
