14th wedding anniversary on the 19th. As of this morning, I was 218.4 lb I would like to be 214.8. So 3.6 lbs total in the next two weeks. Mildly aggressive but not undoable or going to leave me starving. Just decided this, so now to make my plan5

My mini goal right now is to get into the 330's and under 336. I remember weighing 336 for a long time in my teenage years.9

Well, I had my scan, and I was *so* close to being 5kg down. Now I'm focusing on being 2kg lighter by my long distance trek in a month. And finally, being at goal by my half marathon in October.6 -

This morning I lost my first 20! Took 10 weeks. Looking back it doesn't seem so long, Looking forward to the next 10 weeks and the next (hopefully), 20 pound loss to put me back into onederland. Woo hoo! I'm over 50 so my goal is health and to weigh around 160.14

Onederland and 100lbs lost in about 8lbs. Happy Scales says by mid April - can't wait!!!13

I've lost thirty pounds already and at the end of this challenge I will be within 10 pounds of my ultimate goal. The Easter mini challenge is giving me just the nudge I need by keeping me focused on smaller/doable one-week goals.5 -

I was in Japan 10 years ago - absolutely beautiful country. I want to go back and discover more of Japan.
First mini-goal is family vacation in April and I hope to be near 100kg. The vacation is in 6 weeks and I have 7kg to go!5 -
I have a really awesome pair of jeans that I can get on but don't really fit well, I'm hoping within the next month or two I can change that.7

as of this morning 216.4, so 1.6 lb to go. Basically moving more, less mindless munching or really the ELMM (eat less, move more). The weather got nicer which helps a ton.5 -
