Ugh I need to take a look at what I am eating because lately I am SO hungry all the time!!! I'm getting enough fat and protein so I don't know what's going on, must be hormonal!0

Sounds like you're eating well. I wonder if it's how the brain works. I notice I eat a lot, especially in the evening, when my body couldn't possibly be hungry because I've just had a good size meal. Perhaps it takes a while for our brains to adjust to our new way of eating.0

It could be that, but it's really annoying as it's affecting my workouts! No energy!

Ack I forgot to check-in! Tattoo went well, been kinda antsy with no workouts this week so I did as much walking as I could. I posted my tattoo on my wall if you are curious.
My weight has been fluctuating all over the place lately but this morning I finally got a whoosh, hopefully it sticks around but I expect to gain some water weight as I am going out with friends on Friday. I've been saving an extra 50-100 calories a day so I can have desert and a drink or 2 with my salad, it's gonna be sooo worth it, their deserts are AMAZING! They have this amazing plate that has a mini crème brulée, small scoop of ice cream, small brownie, and it comes with an espresso! But mostly I am excited to hang out with my friends

Been struggling this week with a lat injury AND I set myself up for failure by not meal prepping/going grocery shopping. However, I still count it as a win because I logged everything this week - even when I knew I was going to be over on my cals and am still down, even though it's not a lot! Planning to do better next week!0 -

Place marking ready for the final weeks. Had a bumpy few weeks what with my surgery etc but it’s the 1st of the month, it’s a Monday too so I’m back on it, water bottle out, still no exercise unfortunately but I will get in to the 11stones (just) before my holidays 🤞🤞🤞🤞
