    Rough week! Besides work I had a bunch of events, conferences, and family stuff happening. Didn’t make my St. Patrick’s Day goal and I am1 pound up but life has been really busy so I’m not too upset. It happens, next week more focus on veggies and drinking enough water 🥬🥦💦💧

    Also only 5 more weeks- to loose 7 pounds. 😳 Even though that sounds scary we’ve got this. God willing!

    So my weight fluctuates ALOT, to the point where it could be TOM, constipation, DOMS, carb loading etc. I'm still hoping that I can stay the course and stick to my deficit, because I keep eating at maintenance! Aiming to stick to 2050 calories.

    FINALLY making some progress. This has been a tough few weeks mentally. I'm glad I kept adhering to my calorie target even though the scale was not showing any progress for my effort.

    This happens to me often. I’m stagnant and then BOOM I lose a pound or more. I’ve read about the “whoosh” effect. I don’t know what it is but I just trust the process!!!!!!!

    Well, I'm feeling better, and mostly eating at maintenance, but I think the non-eating when I was fainting is catching up finally.

    This last week is the first week where my motivation and determination have just gone. I've been fighting some major cravings and urges to binge this week.
    I suppose it's a little natural to be disappointed that there isn’t a 2lb weight loss, but given the week I had it’s actually amazing that it’s a 0.2lb loss.
    I’m trying not to think too much into it. As hard as the battle inside my head was this week at least I didn’t give in to the cravings and have not put weight on.
    I’m feeling better now than I did so looking forward for the upcoming week. I’ve got a PT session tonight and they always make me feel amazing. So hopefully I’m off to a great start.

    Literally the exact same as last week. Have been on point with calories and workouts. Weight was up all week so at least didn’t have to post gain today. Still frustrating. Was at 176 one night. Think body is being weird as result from whoosh but I haven’t experienced a week like this before.
