Pros - More $ on your tax return
Cons - Outnumbered parent wise, makes it odd for going to amusement parks, Car is more jam-packed for long trips/ might benefit in buying a bigger SUV or mini van2 -
My third kid is hilarious

I'd like to know the answer to this as well. However I don't have a choice so maybe just some tips at this point lol.1

I'm a third kid. Pretty sure my mom regrets that a lot12

We've got 4, and they're the best things that have ever happened to Mrs Jruzer and me.3

I have 4 was pregnant 5 times
I've always wanted a big family. I'm blessed enough to be able to stay at home and raise them myself but it's a daily struggle. I do it mostly on my own now and on really hard days I shamelessly wish I had stayed at two but then I get my hugs, kisses and those moments where they are the only ones who bring a genuine smile to face.. all that shame disappears.
So my advice is, unless you can raise them yourself don't have more than one.7 -

Oh man, I am already there with the 2nd kid! Third one might just have to eat scraps1 -
I've always been of the opinion that there is 1 kid and then there is more than 1 kid. So if you already have two, no need to bother stopping now. I personally tell every new parent I meet to stop at 1.3

We stopped at two. My first was and is a little angel most of the time and made parenting seem really easy and no biggie. Number 2 changed our minds...he can be very sweet, but he can also be the spawn of the devil...he can go from Hyde to Jeckyll in like 3 seconds flat.1

Gimme all the babies!
I hear quite often, that the switch from 1 to 2 is most challenging and everything after that is a cake walk.5 -

OMG, Same here. I always wanted 3, but the 2nd one definitely makes me wonder what the hell is wrong with me0 -

Gahh my second is exactly like that. Omg I don't know what I am going to do0 -

Same here! My third is totally giving us a run for our money, but she is also the funniest thing. My husband had to convince me to have a third and while it would have been easier to stick with two, I can't imagine life with her. Also, I love that there will be more of them together as they grow up.0 -
Hey, I'm the oldest of 6 and my mom would not have traded any of us in. She's 86 and still going strong!8

My third is turning my hair grey. First one, no problem. Second, he's the easiest of the bunch - basically raises himself. Third one....my God, give me strength.2 -
personally, the jump from one to two was big, but it was NOTHING like the jump from 2 to 3... yikes!
now, that everyone is a little older and able to care more for themselves, I love having 3! some challenges like needing a little more room in the house, car, etc. but its workable!1 -
My littlest guy has a buncha medical challenges so he's definitely been the most "difficult" in that way (nothing life-threatening, thankfully, just quality-of-life stuff) but otherwise he's pretty chill. Definitely the baby of the family, if his bedtime was later we could cancel Netflix and just watch him.
My wife had to talk me into a third; I really wanted to stick to two. But dang if I ain't glad we had that one more5 -
Funny so many with the third causing trouble, our second is a demon monster but I love him to death and honestly, I'd have had a third but we had trouble between the first and second, so when the second one was healthy my wife wanted to stop there which I was also okay with. It was hard having issues between so we weren't comfortable risking that again.1

i'm afraid my other kitties will get less attention and feel neglected tbhJustPassingTime wrote: »The middle child is almost always neglected. The oldest is always looked up to and the youngest is spoiled all the time

Yes, but CATS. They’ll get affection when they want it; when they don’t they’ll be happy that other cats are there to distract you so they can do superior cat things.4 -
Nay!!!!! 2 is too many--LOL.1

oh no my cats are special, theyre not like other cats
I understand; my cats are very advanced for their age, and also very good at sports4 -

Why would you say that? Most people I know spoil their third child
I was just being silly. I am the favorite because I learned what not to do (or how to get away with it) from the older ones 😉2 -
Our third was unplanned for sure, but after 2 boys I got my little girl and she is now my best friend. Wouldn't change that for all the money in the world.

then u know other pet owners dont really understand the trials that come with raising twice exceptional kitties
It’s certainly trying at times, but I wouldn’t give it up for the world! Every time they tell me they love me in cat-sign-language it makes it all worth it2 -
Decided to stop with one mainly because that is what we felt we could afford and could parent.
We made a pro and con list but in our hearts we knew we did not have more to give another child. It was the right decision for our family then and now to stop having children.
There are plenty of families who are happy with 2 or 3 kids. I would talk with your partner. Think about it for awhile.2
