    In my mind naked, reality clothes, and especially socks.

    I tried to sleep naked a couple times, not good, was kept “up” all night, don’t know how guys do it, I couldn’t roll over at all!!🤪

    Just a nightgown. Have several: some warmer for winter, and light ones for summer. Do wear socks in the winter when my feet are cold.

    I sleep naked, and find that it promotes deep muscle relaxation and healing.
