I'm so glad I started this thread post. All these pictures have not only help keep me motivated but others as well. Everyone, you are all doing wonderful work! Keep it up! "Get fit don't quit!" Believe me when I say that everything you are doing as an individual person living a healthier lifestyle does make a difference in the world. You might not be aware of it, you might not see it directly, but your healthy efforts DO matter! Not just to you, but others around you as well. And you should all be so incredibly proud of that. We are all doing our part to make this world a healthier place by doing what we are doing. Keep up the great work!6

Take them every week if you need to! I do and it's amazing the difference that you can see in just one week. I look forward to my Monday or Tuesday workout as those are my picture taking days. It's only been about 45 days and I'm shocked to see the difference in just one month's set of pictures!5 -
