    Man, this month my scale barely moved. I guess that can be expected after having a really good month last month, but it’s still frustrating since I really upped my activity.

    March 08 - 190.8 Wrong Direction. Social engagement last night did me in!
    March 15 - 185.6 Yay! Achieved this with the help of an Egg Fast. But 4 days of travel this upcoming week with lots of sitting in car & restaurant food. Pray for me!
    March 22 - 189.6 And that is the result of 5 days of traveling-restaurants, lack of water & sitting…….
    March 29 - 188.1 Back in the right direction. Month ends in 2 days. Final result awaits……

    So I haven't logged in this since March 10th. I've been keeping track, and let me say, it has been HECTIC. Not going to reach my goal weight in time, but I'm on good track to hit it in early April.

    March 2: 353.4
    March 3: 351.4
    March 4: 351.4
    March 5: 350.8
    March 6: 346.2
    March 7: 346.2

    So I had logged up until that point with great success. This is where it gets weird.

    March 11-23: Weight gained from 343 to 353.

    I couldn't believe it. The first few days of gaining I thought it was just fluctuations and not to worry. I was going a bit nuts being met with impossible gain every day despite the fact my diet had not changed food wise, but I finally figured out a fix. I stopped drinking coffee, stopped drinking caffeine in general and started doing the OMAD diet and drinking tons of water (I was drinking virtually no water for some reason). I also had stopped exercising and sleeping in a depressive mind state so I got back into it and worked my way up to walking every day and exercising in general throughout the day and I also fixed my sleeping schedule and have been getting great sleep for the first time in years.

    And the results...

    March 24: 353.0
    March 25: 349.6
    March 26: 347.0
    March 27: 344.3
    March 28: 342.8
    March 29: 342.0
    March 30: 340.4

    So it took the whole month to get it right, but I'm back at my lowest weight and over the hurdle. Whew. Don't ask me how my weight dropped so drastically in the first 10 days then reset back to the start and then went all the way back down to something even lower in a single week, I'll just count my blessings. Looking forward to a strong April. Tomorrow for the final weigh in day of March I want to get below 340 and enter the 330's. Gonna push for it. All in all, this month was still amazing for me, albeit quite stressful.

    March 5: 80,6 kg (↓-1,9)
    March 8: 80,5 kg (↓-0,1)
    March 12: 79,7 kg (↓-0,8)
    March 15: 78,9 kg (↓-0,8)
    March 19: 78,2 kg (↓-0,7)
    March 22: 77,8 kg (↓-0,4)
    March 26: did not weight because for binging that lasted for almost a week
    March 29: 78,8 kg (↑+1,0)
    March 31: 77,7 kg (↓-1,1)

    Total weight loss March: -4,8 kg (-10,5 lbs)

    Didn't manage to reach my monthly goal weight, probably could've done it if I hadn't binged *sigh*. See you in the next challenge!

    19 lbs. I feel fantastic about that. I'm so happy that I got under the 340 mark. Thanks March, see you next year. Setting the goal for April to lose 20 lbs, just to remind myself to push hard and do better every month.

    Don't know why there was no loss this week but hey how, didn't gain too much, and not being too hard on myself as I've had a sick and non sleeping baby to take care of. On to April!

    I'm in. I had an inflated water weight gain last month of 4.8 pounds. So my goal for March is to get rid of the 5 pounds I gained plus get to 145! I need to get well established in the 140's this month without fail! Weigh in days will be Wednesday.

    2/28 - 153.3
    3/1 - 154.9 TOM is killing me. Will be done by Sunday and should be going strong by next weigh in
    3/6 - 153.0 so I am slowly getting rid of the water weight. Hopefully next week I will be way lower
    3/13 - 152.7 down a little but not enough. Waiting for a good whoosh!
    3/20 - 151.8 don't think I am going to make my goal, but I am going down and that's all I can hope for. However slow that may be!
    3/27 - 151.1 and down we go. Don't think I am going to see the 140's this month, but getting super close!
    3/29 - 150.1 ending March today because it is Friday and I know will go up on Saturday and Sunday! So close, I know I will get there in April!

    Goal to lose 8.3 pounds by 3/31!
    Lost so far : 3.2 pounds only 5.1 to go!
