Hello all, I'm joining in with you.
Haven't been on this site since 2017. Last time around, I lost 20 kilos (44.09 lbs) in 2017.
Managed to keep the weight off for just over a year, but between one thing and another lately, I've put almost 10 of those kilos back on since January of this year. Weighed myself this morning for the first time in ages. Depressed isn't the word!
Much as I love wine and chocolate, (they crept back in over time), they have to go - starting today.
So back on here, and with a strong will, determined to shed 8-10 kilos before June.
