Boy did I blow it today...I did my weekly weigh in this morning and was very happy to be down a bit from last week. THEN, I got a migraine:explode: from hell and dinner tonight turned into a carb nightmare...sigh. My whole goal this week was not to have a cheat day and well....what can you do. Here's to better days coming, but it's like this last ten pounds is fighting me to the end.
Anyway, enough of my vent. I hope you are all having a wonderful day.

Hmm, missed my workout yesterday, due to total lazyness!! But I've just found out that my uni mates have all lost like 2 stone or more over the summer, so that has totally motivated me to get this weight off!! tmorro I will be working out big time!!
