***On 4/2/19 while working out I managed to injure my neck which resulted in a herniated disc + pinched nerve. Will take a couple weeks off of working out while in physical therapy. Moved myself up to maintenance for the last few days- we will see what next week brings.***7 -

Comments. I had pre period craving so I was up at 12st 3.5lbs mid week. Lucky I managed to stay more focus and lost a pound. Just waiting for aunt Flow to fill any show x4 -

April Goal wt: 74.9kg
Lots and lots of mini goal weights to try and hit for April! Actually very exciting!
Mini goals:
1. 76 kg: Will achieve my healthywage bet weight early.
2. 77 kg: the lowest I would have been in 10 years.
3. 78.8kg: will have lost 40kg.
4. 79.999 kg: Magical 70s. It will feel as though I am on the home stretch at that point!
April 1: 81.1kg.
April 8: 80.6 kg. It looked like I might just hit the magical 70s this week, however the last four days I have plataued. So close to 79.999 and yet so far. Goals for the week: to walk 5 days this week, and go to the gym twice.

Can I really lose this much this soon or is my scale drunk?
You can lose that much in water weight sometimes around the first week. Also fasting. I remember losing about the same in my first week, but IDK how far in you are. What is your diet and exercise like?3 -

I've been a bit poorly this week so not had much appetite.
I'm sure it'll bounce up and level out for next week, especially as I'm on holiday to Vienna .. mmm sausage and cake.
Still it's very nice to see this lower number for now!8
