How to pass a plateau

Any tips for how to keep losing when you hit a plateau? I’ve heard of cutting carbs from one meal completely when this happens. Or upping calorie intake though I’m not clear on how that can help? Looking for any advice that has worked for others so that I can try a few things out! Thanks in avance. 🤗

    How long have you been on this plateau? How long have you been in a deficit for? How do you measure your current food intake, using a scale? Did you recently up your exercise regime? Need a bit more information.
