10 lbs. by Easter is looking extremely unlikely for me, but I guess I should be happy with any progress. And it’s been a long time since I was in the 160s, so it feels good to cross that threshold.

Okay, weight loss has become very frustrating now that I am nearing my goal....Ugh!! It's really starting to have an impact on me When you stick to 1200 calories a day you really want the reinforcement of losing a pound a week...it feels like it takes me 1 and a half weeks to drop a pound which doesn't add up!!

I hear you girl! I lost the first 17 like clockwork losing 1-1.5 a week. I have been losing 0.5 a week now. I am 128.2 and can’t seem to break it this week! My final goal is 118-120 by summer.

My first post on here, so here goes..
Fairly recently changed my regime. Always been a very big guy, but now working very hard to get healthy and loving it.
Anyhow, sort of cheating here because I didn't set out to go for this challenge at all and I'm really benefiting from the rapid weight loss that comes at the beginning, but I'll join in!
Starting Weight: 313.5 (13th March 2019)
Current Weight: 292 (11th April 2019)
Ultimate Goal: 175
So, what I'll do is I'll set myself a goal to drop a further 5 pounds before Easter!

I'm posting a day early because I may not be able to post tomorrow. Also, I think now that I have met my goal weight I'm just going to stop here so this will be my last post. I'm not quite sure what my final weight "should" be but I feel like it's within 10-15 pounds of where I am now, so I'm going to start slowing things way down and taper to maintenance.

Congratulations on meeting your goal @durhammfp ! I feel you on not being sure about the final weight, too. It’s good to have a vague goal in mind, but never easy to know if it’s accurate until you’re there. Nothing wrong with figuring it out over time. :-)
