It went well. "Manic Monday" reminded me of one of my guilty pleasures - 80's girl bands - The Bangles - The Go-Gos. Don't tell anyone. HAHA!

During my walks I enjoy the quiet time it gives me to talk with Jesus. Today He brought to mind this reminder- we are each designed on purpose for His purpose. We are each unique and beautiful in His eyes. We need not let a number on a scale or a pant size define us. Take time to celebrate you and how amazing you are. The rest will come when it’s time. I’m going to work on finding ways to celebrate whose I am and who I am this week. May you each find ways to celebrate the amazing YOU this week🌟you’re doing awesome and will reach your goals in His timing. Enjoy the journey along the way. Have a great week!3

My son is getting married this summer and I would really like to look better for the photos. My ex husband and his trophy wife (size 00 and ten year younger) will be there. Right now I would rather hide under a rock. I can't decide if that actually motivates me or just terrifies me.
Hang in there folks. One day at a time.
I have the exact same situation in October.0 -

London UK 197lbs looking to knock out 14 more pounds . Started in January at 212 lbs but now struggling.1 -
Starting again in april 2019. I had severe flu in march recovery took weeks. Lost 7 kgs with flu mostly water. I am homebound from congestive heart due to flu virus in 2008. I had the flu vaccine it did not work, same again this year. Due to years of CHF I also have PH pulmonary hypertension. Since years at early 40s I have OA osteoarthritis which has spread allover. I am not allowed exercise by cardiologist and GP as heart can not cope with any exertion.
I am again since 3 days on a 1250 calorie diet. Lost 1 kg mostly water. I am on fluid restriction so max 1.5 ltr or 6 cups all fluids: water tea coffee soup yoghurt juice etc. So I can not drink the 8 cups water for weight loss.3 -

Age 50 from Oxfordshire, just joined new gym and looking to lose 15kg so I look and feel better for holidays this year1

55 year old here from VA! I've lost 100 lbs from my heaviest but that's taken about 18 years due to massive fluctuations. Binge eating doesn't help;) I've got about 50-70lbs to go. After a rough couple of weeks, I'm back to healthier eating and exercise. Sometimes it's "one minute at a time" vs "one day at a time." I'm wishing the best to you all.8
