I know they're negligible to start with and until now, I've just been tracking it under "Imagine Vegetable Broth" (a brand I've bought when I didn't have time to make my own) when I use it in a recipe, but does anyone have any insights on how to calculate the calories when you basically boil vegetables, strain them, and keep the liquid?

I was also curious-Google says 12 to 17 calories per cup.1

Interesting, but it looks to me as though they just ran the ingredients through a recipe builder without factoring in that a good portion will be discarded/used as a side dish0 -
