    Going forward, here's what I'll commit to:
    -50 Jumping Jacks per day (I hate these! They hurt the soles of my feet)
    -100 Crunches per day

    Wed 8/24 - DID NOT complete exercises -- REST day (will do them later in week).

    Taipa - to spread wings
    Tala - stalking wolf
    Tama - thunderbolt
    Waneta - charger
    Hehewuti (Hopi) - warrior mother spirit (My favorite)
    Wakanda (Sioux) - possesses majical power (like this one too)

    What is Kettlebells?

    I was just listing all my exercise, not just the ones for the challenge. Kettle Bells are a cannon ball looking thing with a big handle on it. A great way to burn calories, it gives you: good cardio, gain strength, and strengthen your core at the same time. They come in sizes from 2lbs up to over 100lbs. I have a 30lb bell.
