Late to the challenge but I need some extra motivation. Hopefully cut at least 15lbs but if I can hit the 20lbs then even better!

I just had a major bust last night! So today, I'm going to take an extra long walk, clean the house like... really, really clean!, and do whatever else I can to forgive myself.0

Haven’t looked at the scales at all over the Easter holidays. Going to try and be good this week and weigh then. Still expecting a gain as we’ve had visitors, birthdays and lots of chocolate 🙈0

I cheated a ton this past week, but I still lost my 1 pound! Now to get back on track after eating a cupcake for breakfast...

This week's check-in....hanging onto to the lbs this week. Diet has been only ok (over my calories but working out a lot. The combo is likely retaining water.) 4.4 to go in 2 weeks! Here we go!!

If it wasn't for this challenge, I wouldn't have pushed myself to get this far. And it has inspired me to join other challenges that look beyond just one month.
