    How is everyone doing? Only a few weeks until June!? You can do it! Even if you don't hit your goal, give it a good hard push for the end to have a great last two weeks!! YES YOU CAN!!

    This week's check-in....hanging onto to the lbs this week. Diet has been only ok (over my calories but working out a lot. The combo is likely retaining water.) 4.4 to go in 2 weeks! Here we go!!

    May 19th Check-in. I’ve increased exercise this past week and had one binge night, not three! Not perfect, but working on it daily.

    May 26: 250.4; 1# loss. 5# to hit my goal for June 2nd of 20# loss. I'm going to work extra hard for that. And be super happy to be close to it as possible. If it wasn't for this challenge, I wouldn't have pushed myself to get this far. And it has inspired me to join other challenges that look beyond just one month.
