Just returned from Vienna yesterday so am still stuffed full of pastries, schnitzel and bratwurst!
I'm fine with the gain - I'll give it a week or two to work it off. Was totally worth it!

No idea how the scale says I'm -3. I was home for the weekend, stress eating and feeling toxic. I really expected to be up today.

Ugghh. I was on my period last week, so lots of cravings, bloating and water retention, but after that was done, I was down to my lowest weight in a long time! That was a nice surprise. I’m still lifting, too, which I am loving!
