Hello everyone!
Would love to get some help regarding training schedule.
Currently i do weights at the gym 4 days a week (a, b training) and 3 days a week i walk between 45 to 60 minutes.
I have running plane to progress from walking to running and i want to add to my schedule bycicle and swimming workouts.
How you think i should divide it in the week?
4 weights workout
3 running workouts
1-2 swimming
1 bicycle
Thanks for the help!

Loose fat and gain muscle for the moment. In the future (after i will have less fat) I really like to do marathon. But it is not in the nearest future0

are you doing recomp or cut/bulk cycles?
11 workouts per week is a lot, but if it is a schedule you have done for a while and you enjoy then it looks fine - as long as you are fuelling properly and getting adequate rest.0 -
Cut
I eat less to loose weight
I do 30% carbs 30 fat 40 protein0 -
The recommendation is usually to take rest days between muscle groups (with lifting,) and rest days between running days - so do them alternately. Other than that, how about hiring a trainer?0
-
That's a lot of protein. Are you significantly over weight?0

Can you give me example of how you would do the workouts?
I have 35% body fat. Around 32 pounds to loose..0 -

Alternate days of weight training and cardio perhaps?
(That's my preference as I like to concentrate fully on the task in hand.)
Beyond that not really sure what you are asking. The only real specific I'm seeing is the desire to progress from walking to running so C25K might be a sensible option.
"Swimming" and "bicycle" doesn't tell me anything about your ambitions for those activities beyond getting some exercise.0 -

why the need for 11 workouts per week? do what you enjoy? prioritise running if you want to run a marathon.0 -
I like all of those workouts. For the future i want triathlon but in the far away future..
For now loosing fat is the priority0
