    Monday morning weight in 264. Down 9lbs this week. First week of actual logging every bite so I realize it’s probably all water but I’m happy anyway and do not have unrealistic expectations for week two especially considering it’s Easter.

    Hello, I am very excited to join this challenge. I am looking to lose a minimum of 80lbs and a maximum of 100 for 2019. Once I hit my weight and size goals I look forward to training to compete in a fitness competition. Looking forward to all the support.
