90 lbs and over 20 years ago, I didn't feel that I was worthy of an attractive, successful man and made a poor choice on who to marry. I've been at goal weight 4 years and single for a year now, just started dating again.
This morning I had a coffee date with a total hottie who is extremely successful and I felt so confident in myself. When he asked, I was able to share who I truly am and what I want out of life. We seem to have the same philosophy about life and our goals. He may or may not call again, but I felt such pride in myself as I walked back home afterwards.
I know the change in me is not just about the weight, I did some hard work on myself and it is paying off, regardless of how my love life goes.

Doesn’t it feel cool to say “short four mile run!”16 -
I started this adventure in November at 286 pounds wearing size 46 pants. Yesterday I hit 236 pounds today I HAD to buy a pair of 36 jeans I am 1/2 way to goal of 18635

Cross this off a running goal for 2019! Sometimes the biggest hurdles aren't the physical ones.
No NSV would be complete without a bad sweaty mirror selfie with it, right?
you look amazing, keep inspiring!4 -
Hubby and I were out and about today, and both of us noticed we were having trouble with our jeans wanting to sag on us. We don't particularly care for that fashion statement. It's not our style.
So we stopped and got ourselves new belts. I haven't worn one in years. Need it now.18 -
When I lost weight in 2012 and got down to about 132 lbs I bought new hiking pants. Those pants have not fit in more than three years because I gained some of the weight back. Today they were baggy, even though I am 134. Lifting works!23

Completed my 3rd 5K Parkrun yesterday 4 mins down on first one. I am 74 in 3 weeks and did it in 42 mins, rather pleased with myself39

I was feeling down about my lack of progress today, when I realized that I was sitting with my legs crossed. Something I could not do back at OSW20

@rheddmobile you're right! A year ago I completed my first 5k. Working my way up to a half marathon now.3

Three this weekend:
* when asked to doublecross my legs for a crunch during a class, I found I could do it. I couldn’t even cross my legs, period, when I started in September
* I realized a minute ago, I’m not planning to raid Target and Kroger for half price “after Easter” chocolates to “store”. Yeah, like all those many, many bags ever even made it a week in the past.
* I am a sucker for anything that sparkles. Glitter, rhinestones, sequins, anything holographic, I am like some crazed old crow. Yesterday at Target I spotted this in the kids department. My husband looked at me like “WTF are you up to?” when I put it in the basket. I was to embarrassed to try it on in the store. It fit. An XL kids size. Dang. Still waiting for the brain to catch up with the body, though. (Why is this? )

@springlering62 From one fish to another (my husband says I'm like a fish -- easily caught with any bait that sparkles!), congrats on the NSV!! That's awesome! Also, that looks sparklie af. \o/8

I did my 10 mile training run yesterday in 94 minutes. I just might break that 2 hour half marathon mark on the 4th.17

The one cruise I went on had food seemingly 24 hours a day. Congratulations!1 -
Instead of the usual 3 digits of weight left until my goal, the scale read only 2 digits of weight to go today.
Pretty pleased at that. 52% done according to MFP.33 -
It's a little early in the season for it, but I've started occasionally wearing skirts without pantyhose in public. They're so comfortable and I'm just not embarrassed about my legs. I'm not sure this is even fashionable, but now that I'm 59 I do what I want!33

I was able to zip up a jacket last week that i haven't been able to zip for years!21

Just clocked up my 12,000th mile on my bike.31

I had a marathon session of trying on older clothes in my closet and realized that most of them actually fit again. I also had a male friend yesterday tell me I was looking great and he wanted to know what I was doing. He's probably the third person who's said anything and I was surprised he even noticed.20
