Small sample of what I eat to stay fit. I include fiber and protein at every meal(protein waffles and air fryer chicken, spinach corn salad and protein bars).

So... you give all of your money to Quest?
You can get better nutrients without the fillers for a lot cheaper.37 -
I love my buff bake gluten free protein cookies but I couldn’t even imagine eating a supplement at every meal. It’s a supplement so I use it when I’m low on protein that day or craving something sweet but want to also make sure I grab something that will help me reach goals.
I stay fit eating a balance of whole foods with some treats mixed in and staying within my macro & calorie goals13 -
Those quest products are so good, plus you get the perks of getting your protein in.16

Looks like a body builder's diet to me! How many calories do you consume daily?11

That seems like both an exhausting and expensive way to eat. But if you enjoy it, good for you. I prefer to eat diet of a variety of foods I can buy at the supermarket.26

Where are all the fruits, vegetables and that other fresh produce? I love a yummy protein bar to supplement my diet but couldn't image eating them with every meal (nor could my budget). Most of my protein comes from things like dairy, meat, eggs, legumes and nuts. I get more than enough fibre with my fruit and vegetable consumption alone.20

My friend gave me her air fryer and chicken in it is becoming a staple for me. I couldn't do all the bars and "products" though, I don't find them very filling.5

Your spinach corn salad looks good. Care to share your recipe?3

Eat to stay fit or workout to stay fit? Or are you talking about what you eat to maintain your training schedule? Mind you, the vast majority of people here (likely you included) don't need to do anything particularly special to maintain their workouts from a nutritional standpoint. More protein and/or carbs, fueling properly, etc. But not to the extreme that you appear to be going to.
And yes, that's a ton of quest products and a sheer lack of produce. Also not a whole lot of variety, but then again there are people who are fine eating grilled/poached/sauteed boneless skinless chicken breast for lunch and dinner most days of the week.4 -
Looks like too much money spent on not enough value. Less quest product, more real food.16

Cheaper than a medical bill and giving it all to a doctor.17 -

I use blue berries and raspberries in my oatmeal protein smoothie.5 -

Why would industrial crap (my opinion) prevent you from getting sick? Fresh fruits and veggies, good quality meat and fish, artisan bread, starches... I think I would be depressed if what you eat was on my menu.23

I'm happy with my nutrition. Keeps me full of energy to maximize my fitness performances.
